What is SPARC?
SPARC is Hastings County’s innovative approach to modernizing and centralizing planning services. Developed in collaboration with local municipalities, SPARC aims to streamline planning processes, reduce duplication, and enhance service delivery across the County.
New Services Provided Under SPARC
A new satellite office staffed by a full-time planner is located at:
SPARC provides a “One-Window” approach to for all planning services in participating Municipalities (a list of participating municipalities is provided below). All planning services will be managed by the County Planning and Economic Development Department.
