Hastings County would like to share information regarding available funding for Housing Providers and Community Networks. Note funding application is through Simcoe-Muskoka United Way:

Call for Proposals (CFP) for Reaching Home’s Rural and Remote (Ontario) funding stream is now open.

Organizations currently receiving Reaching Home funding can apply for a project that is separate and different from their current Reaching Home funded project.

All applications are to be submitted through the following website: https://uwsimcoemuskoka.ca/reachinghomeapply/

Applicants have 3 funding opportunities:

  1. General Application – includes capital requests up to $50,000
  • Individual Organization: $25,000 – $125,000 OR
  • Joint Application (two or more organizations): $25,000 – $250,000
  1. Capital Application – for capital requests above $50,000
  • Capital: $50,000- $500,000

  • Application deadline: Friday April 22, 2022, at 5:00pm EST
