JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sterilize all dental equipment and instruments in a timely fashion.
• Comply with and share in the implementation of all safety, sterilization, and infection control requirements.
• Help maintain dental equipment per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Set up and sterilize exam rooms and equipment, in accordance with universal safety.
• Properly dispose of all biohazardous material.
• Restock and maintain an inventory of dental supplies and instruments.
• Assist other clinical staff and demonstrate a team approach to patient care.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the dental lab and in the sterilization area.
• Proactively review schedule to set-up for the planned treatment.
• Gather and ready all necessary materials and instruments needed for treatment.
• Assist clinical staff in optimizing patient flow.
• Perform related duties as required.
• Manage the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills and excellent presentation skills.
