- Sterilize all dental equipment and instruments in a timely fashion.
- Comply with and share in the implementation of all safety, sterilization, and infection control requirements.
- Help maintain dental equipment per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Set up and sterilize exam rooms and equipment, in accordance with universal safety.
- Properly dispose of all biohazardous material.
- Restock and maintain an inventory of dental supplies and instruments.
- Assist other clinical staff and demonstrate a team approach to patient care.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the dental lab and in the sterilization area.
- Proactively review schedule to set-up for the planned treatment.
- Gather and ready all necessary materials and instruments needed for treatment.
- Assist clinical staff in optimizing patient flow.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Manage the patient experience through exceptional customer service skills and excellent presentation skills.
