As the camp baker, you are part of the Camp Staff and in charge of the baking in the kitchen. You are in charge of producing one dessert per day, bread, as well as some snacks that are requested ahead of time by the head cook. As part of the Camp Staff, you must also respect and follow the rules and policies of Fraser Lake Camp. Some of the weekly tasks that you will perform are:

Assist the Head Cook and the Assistant Cooks in the daily activities of the kitchen if required
Make one dessert a day for after supper
Make the baked snacks and bread when requested by the Head Cook
Keep a clean workspace and ensure safe food handling practices are used
Cleaning and other duties as assigned by the head cook or director.
