If you would like to make a request for information you may contact the Clerk’s office by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests for information must be received in writing. Some information may routinely be made available to the public without a formal freedom of information request. A formal request is needed if the request includes personal information or if one of the exemptions set out in the Act applies to the information being requested. A completed request form and $5.00 application fee must be received to start the request.Requests for information may be reviewed by the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario if you feel that the reply you’ve received and/or certain exemptions are not correct.
