It is with great sadness that we learn the news of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. On behalf of Hastings County Council, I offer my deepest condolences to the Royal Family on the passing of Queen Elizabeth.  My thoughts and prayers will remain with her family in the coming days and may we all take a moment to reflect on her incredible and historic reign. 

I would like to recognize the profound impact that Queen Elizabeth has had on us as Canadians. She truly represented the monarchy with dignity & grace, and she will be greatly missed.
