Hastings County’s Finance and Procurement Services office is gradually resuming in-person services to the public by appointment only in a limited capacity, beginning on September 8, 2020.
The Finance Department staff are committed to the ongoing health and safety of our employees, customers and community partner agencies. The Public are encouraged to conduct their business by telephone or electronically whenever possible and visit the office for urgent matters only. All visitors will be required to have made a prior appointment with representatives of the department that they will be meeting to reduce traffic in the office and allow for physical distancing.
For those with an appointment, there will be steps in place to stop the potential spread of COVID-19. Entry to the building will be available through the south entrance (Community and Human Services reception) on Church Street. Visitors will be greeted by a screener who will ask a series of questions, do a temperature check, and provide a mask that will be required to be worn for the entire visit.
