Guest Speaker: Cathleen Edwards, Education Manager, Family Councils of Ontario
· Family Council Fundamentals: This session is an introduction to Family Councils. It includes the fundamentals of a Family Council, starting a Family Council, an introduction to the Long-Term Care Homes Act as it applies to Family Councils, best practices, and commonly asked questions.
