Looking to join a grass roots, Canadian, family owned and operated organization? We’re looking to add a new role to our team – Sales Coordinator. This is a remote, full-time position.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will work with data to help find opportunities and manage product information. The Sales Coordinator will manage trade requests, approvals, and accruals and coordinate trade events, such as trade shows.


  • Assess sales data, examining reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for growth and improvement.
  • Share and communicate information and results with peers, demonstrating an ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions.
  • Examine market data, customer metrics, and competitive activity to identify areas to increase efforts.
  • Manage and process trade spend activities and accruals.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for trade spend.
  • Evaluate ROI on trade spend.
  • Manage sales team sample budget.
  • Lead on coordinating retail trade shows.
  • Provide product forecasts based on demand and promotions.
  • Manage product information and images in GS1.
  • Manage price lists and order forms.
  • Maintain and monitor pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate monthly retail e-newsletters.
  • Coordinate retail and professional training requests.
  • 3-5 years of related sales experience in retail, consumer-packaged goods and/or the health food industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, business administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and working with pivot tables.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset, but not required.
