Qualifications

Details: Organized and strong interpersonal skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
3+ years of relevant office experience or combination of education and experience
Experience in real estate sector is an asset
Intermediate knowledge of Word & Excel, web and Internet savvy
Reliable transportation to Apsley, may be required to attend training/provide back up at Bancroft office
Answer/transfer inbound calls, receive and direct vistors/clients
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
General clerical duties
Prepare reports for meetings and prepare agent schedules/appointments
Record, compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones and petty cash
