  • 1-year administrative experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and Tarion warranty is an asset
  • Exceptional customer service, writing, reading and communication skills
  • Tech savvy – comfortable with emails, text, Microsoft Word, Excel and more
  • Satisfactory criminal record check

Key responsibilities of the job include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for staff and trades
  • Work closely with company President, Bookkeeper, Job Site Supervisor and Office Admin staff
  • Print and organize paperwork, distribute to staff accordingly
  • Create spreadsheets, documents and assist with various clerical duties including filing, ordering, invoicing, day-to-day paperwork
  • Answer phone calls and greet customers as needed
  • Respond to inquiries and ensure it reaches appropriate staff member
  • Occasional weekend availability as required
  • Professional references required
  • Meet with clients to go over design selections
  • Work is in-office, located in Belleville, ON
