Qualifications

Educational requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • College Degree preferred
  • Preference will be given to those with post secondary education.
  • Bilingualism (French / English) with proficiency in both verbal and written communication is mandatory.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in Customer Service or Planning
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, and ability to perform a variety of administrative service functions.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision making, within established operating parameters, policies, and procedures.
  • Analytical and mathematical skills, with demonstrated ability to utilize computer systems, office equipment, and automated voice systems.
  • Experience / knowledge of a manufacturing environment
  • ISO 9001 / 14001 knowledge would be an asset.
  • Demonstrate excellence in working under pressure and handling multiple tasks/priorities
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft applications and knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
