Qualifications
| Details: | Work will include property maintenance and property clean up during, leading to equipment operation and snow removal / ice control and sanding during winter season.
Class G Driver’s License and clean abstract required. Experience operating equipment required (i.e. loaders, snow plows, etc.). Must work well in team environment. Must be polite (interacting with customers), punctual, have ability to complete reports (timesheets, activity logs, etc.), and ability to follow instructions both written and verbal. Positions involve work during inclement weather (i.e. snow, ice). Hours of work vary and include evenings and weekends.
