Must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent.
Post-Secondary degree and/or diploma in related field is considered an asset.

Demonstrated experience in customer service and administrative roles with knowledge of administrative processes.
Ability to interact diplomatically, tactfully and confidentially with people.
Strong technology skills – proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Pro, and willingness to learn and implement new technology.
Excellent decision-making skills and ability to exercise sound judgment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Well-developed time management, planning, organizational and prioritization skills in order to work effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a member of a team with a results driven approach.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to collaborate as an effective team member with a results-driven approach.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (listening, speaking, keyboarding, reading and writing) and editing ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coupled with multi-tasking and organizational skills to meet prescribed deadlines.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in administrative and customer service roles.
Previous experience with CPIC and NICHE is considered an asset.
