Qualifications
Located on Hwy 2 west of Trenton, The NAV Group is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant for a fast-paced financial services office.
Duties:
In a paperless office, the position encompasses:
- Updating client files
- Preparing forms and meeting materials
- Working in a team environment to produce client tax returns
- Problem solving
- Other office duties as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
- Exercises extreme attention to detail
- Must be able to manage and prioritize their time
- Must be able, both verbally and in writing, to communicate appropriately internally and externally in English, preference will be given to those who can do so in both English and French
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
