Hastings County’s Human Resources department is gradually resuming in-person services to the public by appointment only in a limited capacity, beginning on September 8, 2020.
The Human Resources staff are committed to the ongoing health and safety of our employees, customers and community partner agencies. The County of Hastings Human Resources office continues to provide uninterrupted service, however, interviews and in-person meetings are requested to be done virtually if at all possible. Members of the public are encouraged to contact the County via phone (613-966-1311 or 1-866-267-0575). Resumes should be emailed to email@example.com. The regular hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Should you have any questions about the status of your prescheduled interview, please email Alvarez-MolinaJ@hastingscounty.com directly. For matters relating to health & safety, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All visitors will be required to have made a prior appointment with the Human Resources office to reduce traffic in the office and allow for physical distancing.
For those with an appointment, there will be steps in place to stop the potential spread of COVID-19. Entry to the building will be available through the north on Church Street. Visitors will be greeted by a screener who will ask a series of questions, do a temperature check, and provide a mask that will be required to be worn for the entire visit.
This department is responsible to recruit and support a team of professional, skilled and accountable staff to ensure high quality County services. This includes attracting and retaining the best employees, motivating them to high performance, and providing a safe and healthy work environment.
