Court Convictions

Payment is due within 15 days or within the time period specified by the Justice of the Peace.

Following your conviction a Notice of Fine and Due Date will be mailed to you at the address provided to the courts. In the event you do not receive this notice it is still your responsibility to ensure payment is made before the due date. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your driver’s licence, collection agency assignment and or further court action at additional costs to you.

Partial payments can be made at any time after conviction providing that the total amount owing is paid in full before the due date.
